Description
Created configuration files for the Tinkerine Ditto Pro.
Benefits
This creates a Marlin 2.1 configuration for Tinkerine Ditto Pro where there was previously no Marlin config. Users with a Ditto Pro will be able to install Marlin 2.1 on their printer to run stock Marlin instead of custom Marlin 1.x (it had a custom & very limited GUI).
