Added the direct code to always install the latest version of Node.js for the manual installation.
Maybe you could also include this in the automatic setup script, which does not seem to install the latest version of Node.js and fails on a clean image of raspian stretch.

Please send your pull requests the develop branch.
Don't forget to add the change to CHANGELOG.md.

I did not change code but added details on how to manually install MagicMirror in README.md
