More in detail: RTD docs had stopped working due to a version mismatch between sphinx and docutils. The easy fix was to bump all RTD requirements to the latest version. The resulting docs can be seen here: https://ccl.readthedocs.io/en/doc_rev/ |

The docs on rtd have been broken for a few months. Trying to fix them here.
