I downloaded the latest 0.3-pre from julialang.org. This is a 32 bit julia on Win 7 64 bit.
It prints "symbol could not be found jl_repl_raise_sigtstp (-1): no error" rigth after start up.

I tested only trivial things, but it seems to work anyway.
