@NathanLovato Can you also release a new version after merging this? The doc refers to the "latest" tag, which is only available after the first version was pushed to docker hub. |

What kind of change does this PR introduce?
This updates the documentation to match the new features (like -d for example, which was still missing) and the usage of the container.
Additionally, the PR includes a change in the workflow so it doesn't run on PRs (which doesn't make sense anyway, because we're not testing something there) and it updates the repository description over at docker hub now.
