This change:

  1. Fixes a bug in nested git dependency handling
  2. Switches the tests to use git dependencies for the standard and core libraries
  3. Removes lib-std and lib-core since they are in their own repos now
  4. Uses the git version for the standard library dependency in the default forc manifest
