  • methylprep.build_composite_dataset
    • allows user to download GEO datasets and save only parts of them that are relevant to keywords or appear to be control samples.
  • updated documentation
  • added a bit=float16 option to methylprep process, to save smaller files
  • moved .load and .load_both and .read_geo functions into this package from the others, since they're all about loading data regardless of how it was processed.
  • improved reporting with progress bars in some places
  • minor bug fixes
