feat:

  • localization added for technology descriptions
  • localization added for CWP_modifier names & descriptions

fix:

  • removed duplicated add_technology_researched in 00_starting_inventions.txt
  • moved add_technology_anesthetics from economic to cultural
  • changed aircraft_carriers to aircraft_carriers_tech
