Description

This pull request is submitted to create a visualization function and a corresponding DS API endpoint for the app home page that shows the outcomes by protected ground on a national level.

Fixes # (no number assigned)

  • Added code to original DS repo for new visualization endpoint

Co-authored with @AZICO, @mathewmahoneyds20, and @BrokenShell in a pair-programming session.
