What is shared developer? How do you collect information for shared developer activity in a project?

A shared developer is a person, who works in two or more repositories at the simultaneously, possibly in the same organization.

The developer must work in multiple repository in a short time window.

When we collect we would have to collect information about the developer's activity in all those projects, as the projects' activity and performance during that time for specific metrics.

Currently considering a 42 weeks to define a developer and also to categorise shared developer activity.

NOTE: This might change based on feedback from TA/Instructor
