I had just been using img2img and the final images were coming out with strange colours (trying to convert photo into a simpsons character), then I looked in settings and realised colour correction was on. Switching it off fixed the issue.
I think the colour correction option is so specific to the type of picture you are trying to create that it should be moved to the img2img tab, so you can switch it on or off for each piece of work. I don't think it makes sense as a global option. It would be nicer just to switch on and off during regular experimentation in the img2img tab.
