This is the beginning of KiCAD PCM releases for this plugin. Thanks to @hlord2000 and @Bouni for the help/references with getting this set up.

Patch Notes:

• Updated API functions to work with KiCAD 7.
• PCM should allow for automated updates, given the user enables them in the PCM.
