Leap Years are weird . . . #7

Open
@zwrawr

Description

If a planet had a orbit of 10.9 days then it would have a leap years (11 days) for the first 9 years then have a normal year (10 days) for the 10th.

But its more elegant to have normal years be 11 days and have a 10 day long year every 10th year. Which is an "anti leap year"
