Bug Report
Activating the leadership ability Charge disables Dash for all effected by it. However, if you then disable and re-enable dash, they stack correctly. Unsure how this interacts with Force speed

Note that it disables but does not deactivate dash. Game still thinks dash is working, but the speed isn't there
