Pin Stream open

  • Button to mark a stream open irrespective of narrowed to any stream
  • Always displays up to 5 topics with their unread count
  • “More” button in case there are more than 5 topics to show all topics of that particular stream

@krtkmj Tests are failing

@timabbott From a product design standpoint, I'm not sure that this should be a feature. I read through #292 and while I understand the potential use case, I think having this option clutters the interface and makes using Zulip more confusing. Thoughts?

Yeah, I'm not confident one way or another whether this is the right solution to the main user problem discussed in #292. It may be that we do find we want this feature (maybe as a power-user feature that has to be turned on), but it does have significant technical complexity and I'd like to first evaluate whether we can solve the problem here a simpler way.

@timabbott Cool. We can ask this to fellow zulip developers(or zulip users) and see how they like it or whether they have any better idea/thoughts that can solve the problem in #292 .

It seems like we don't need this feature in Zulip. Will reopen after discussing possible solutions. Closing this PR now.
