Fix stack registration and nested step definitions #23

zenml stack update default ... is no longer working since the default stack cannot be modified anymore. Replaced all such calls with zenml stack register ... commands.
Defining ZenML steps within other functions is no longer possible since class resolution will fail. This broke the experiment tracking notebook which created a step depending on a provided hyperparameter value. To fix it, I simply changed the experiment tracking notebook now to use hardcoded hyperparameter values instead of iterating over multiple values.
