Actual behavior

Sometimes all the categories of groups of videos based on what I've watched before are loaded ("Recommended", "Shorts", "Watch it again", "Continue watching", "Storytelling", "Gaming", "Podcasts", "Thrillers", "Good Mythical Morning", "History", "Papa Meat", and several more)
The problem is sometimes only a few of those categories are loaded ("Recommended", "Shorts", "Watch it again", "Continue watching")

Additional information

If I clear data and log back in it works again.
