I am experiencing an issue where my profile settings are reset every time I restart the cursor. I am in windows.

Every time I add a profile. and restart the cursor It's removing that profile

Hi, you can try deleting all the files under globalStorage and let the cursor regenerate a copy, remember to note the configuration and plugin first.
avigate to the configuration file location.
Windows: %APPDATA%\Cursor\User\globalStorage
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Cursor/User/globalStorage
Linux: ~/.config/Cursor/User/globalStorage
