删除 vuepress 的源代码，将 vuepess 作为开发依赖，并升级其他依赖
修复404时 $page 找不到的问题 vuejs/vuepress@cefc8c3
降级 vuetify 到 1.1.16，在更高的版本 v-navigation-drawer 会找不到，没具体研究为什么...

ps 尝试了下要发 npm 包的话，要把 Layout.vue 放在根目录（vuepress 0.x）,或者写 index.js (vuepress 1.x)
