Current Behavior

I think there should be some check marks in the settings menu, for example here:

If I try to click any of the items, nothing happens, no check marks visible.
In the settings I found several places where there should be check marks and where clicking the settings items does seemengly nothing:
Browsing - Startup section
Player - Playback source
Controls - Seeking
History - All checkmarks missing

Expected Behavior

Check marks should be visible where items are selected. Clicking the item should mark it as selected.
