Update docs and fix bugs

- Add icons for docs angularjs (previously named angular), angular 2, bootstrap, apache pig, crystal docker, fish, fortran 6, kotlin and love
- Fix script bugs displaying all PHP errors
- Clean code and format it to follow conventions
- Fix matching of some docs which were escaped. Brackets and spaces are not escaped anymore.
- Fix global search links (they did not open URLs anymore)
- Use the Alfred cache instead of the workflow directory. It get benefits to not clearing the cache of workflow updates.
- Avoid the global workflow appearing twice.
