The Data Feeds Explorer API should:

• Return a list of all price feeds with pagination. This resource should also allow filtering by network, mainnet or testnet and price feed name. (Add endpoint to get paginated feeds sorted by timestamp #367)
• Add to the price feed resource the list of networks in which the feed is available.
