Current behaviour:

When starting the “Razer Synapse 3 Service” while the “Razer Game Manager Service” is not running, Process Hacker freezes until “Razer Game Manager Service” starts completely, at which point “Razer Synapse 3 Service” can begin to start, because it depends on “Razer Game Manager Service”.

Expected behaviour:

Process Hacker continues to respond while “Razer Game Manager Service” is booting.
