Describe the bug

The navbar component only lists standard urls for apps and does not allow selecting a custom url, causing the Navbar to be unusable for Apps that have Custom URLs.

To reproduce

1. Create an App with a Custom URL and deploy.
2. Add a Navbar to the App.
3. Add a Navbar Item with a "Navigate to an app" link, the only options listed are the default urls for apps ex(f/APP/AppURL) instead of a/CustomURL

Expected behavior

I would expect to be able to select custom urls for the apps listed instead of the default urls (or in addition to).
