As an alternative to 3.2.0, consider using 3.3.0-LBS-2016-02 (https://github.com/Landsbokasafn/heritrix3/tree/LBS-2016-02).

My understanding is that @kris-sigur curates the new commits to Heritrix to try to periodically create a stable release. I've also been told that 3.2.0 contains some significant defects.
