I really want to use this awesome extension but I'm stuck in the following problem: my container store default settings in .devcontainer/devcontainer.json file, as explained here. As result, commands are not shown. Putting commands in .vscode/settings.json (using commands.workspaceCommands) work as expected.

Any chance to make commands work also when they are defined in container default settings?
