Description

With multiple dynamical cores, it's sensible for the NOAA-EMC/fv3atm repository to be renamed to NOAA-EMC/ufsatm. Or any name that does not reference the dynamical core.

Solution

This is a one click change that needs to be administered by someone with administrator privelages in the the NOAA-EMC/fv3atm repository. Any existing references to NOAA-EMC/fv3atm will be redirected to NOAA-EMC/ufsatm.
