This folder contains reference sequences used in Liu and Begik et al., 2019 (PMID: 31501426).

Yeast genome reference

Modified sites identified with orthogonal method

known.modifications.txt

There sites were identified by Schwartz et al., 2013 (PMCID: PMC3956118) in Yeast(SK1) transcriptome.

They were used for assessment and validation of epinano.

The coordinates in this file are 1-based.
