It would be great if we had a list of charms (to use with get-charms) that was automatically populated, or at least auto-updated.

Possibly releasegen could be used for inspiration here, although that requires some config (which orgs to pull from, etc), or maybe charmhub could be used, similar to the way that ops auto-generates a list of published charms to test against.

When this is done, it would be a good opportunity to

• Review the common super-tox.toml files to see if there are repos being skipped that should actually just be removed from the list (e.g. they are archived)
• See if we can get nearly everything passing again
