We just had this ventilation system installed and it is wifi enabled.
On the user manual it says it can only be controlled remotely with the "Smart Life" app which I understand it's the same as "Tuya"?
I know Thingsboard has a tutorial on Tuya integration but I would like to do eveything through Thingsboard on my LAN and not use a thing party like Tuya or have my data on WAN.

What I would like to do with thingsboard is not only to get information like various humidities and temperatures that I can currently get on Tuya, but also the controls like fan speed, on/off etc based on my own rules that I can code in Thingsboard since the manufacturer's options are quite dumb.

My question is, how would I go about trying to connect this device directly to ThingsBoard, or even see if this is possible?
