detect.py
runs inference on a variety of sources and saving results to runs/detect
.
python predict.py --source 0 # webcam
img.jpg # image
vid.mp4 # video
screen # screenshot
path/ # directory
list.txt # list of images
list.streams # list of streams

Use the full path or relative path of files instead of just the file names.
The full path of images, videos or directories can be found by
selecting the file in file explorer and then pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
for Windows,
or right-clicking the file and select Get Info
for macOS.
Add --save-txt
for saving detections in .txt file.
interpolate.py
interpolates missing features in result labels from detect.py
.
It is only available for videos.
python interpolate.py --labels {relative path} --source {video filepath}
At the end of running detect.py
, it should show the relative path of the directory of the labels as
{n} labels saved to {relative path}
if --save-txt
was used.
The filepath for --source
should be the same one as used for detect.py
.
python interpolate.py -h
Run this to check out other parameter options.
