Brief description of what is fixed or changed
Added signal handling for a Timeout issue #26453 reported in sympy/simplify/simplify.py by adding a try except pattern to the function as well as a default timeout input so users may increase the timeout if they expect a long wait. Needed to also include the signal library for this to work, may need to be reworked with an internal signal handler at some point.
