Came here just now to ticket this/see if there was already a ticket. I'd noticed it my last few FR shifts (saw Travis not working on dependency updates PRs), and others mentioned it on Slack this week. After a bit of discussion, we said we'd try to get to this as an unscheduled week or maintenance WC task.

CircleCI would be another option.
