Why / Balance
Implementing some fixes for issues submitted.
Technical details
Shifted some maintenance space in Marathon to provide additional space to cryosleep bay, including decals and an additional door to maints. (Hopefully resolves #32595.)
Added meteor shielding to Marathon chapelroid, save for the shuttle docking area. (Resolves #33687.)
