pip install -r requirements.txt

1. Add Telegram API token to variable
2. Run redirector.py without args
3. Invite @botname to group
4. Type /start to get your chat id
5. Alter chat_id variable according to your group
6. Now you can run redirector py with argument, wich will be posted to binded chat.
