Adds notebook containing code from @joanlenczuk's [blog post "Why start
using `sktime` for
forecastinng"](https://towardsdatascience.com/why-start-using-sktime-for-forecasting-8d6881c0a518)
to the repository for testing.

The code was also updated by @joanlenczuk to ensure compatibility with
latest releases.
