Hi folks,

I'm using heplify-server/hom7-prom-all and trying to create a new dashboard in the Homer 7 web interface with Proto search form.

When I try to search using this form I get the following error in the database, respectively, in the web interface, I have a page without data.

Same time, at the default "Home" dashboard data displayed correctly in the preconfigured grid.

My db logs gist.

UPD: error reproduces only using Google Chrome but Firefox and Safari display the page correctly.
Pressing Search button in Chrome showing the following message in the console "Form submission canceled because the form is not connected" and error in db.
