Accessibility Block for Moodle

Provides options for changing text size and colour scheme. Settings can be saved to persist between sessions.

Also integrates ATbar from Southampton University ECS http://access.ecs.soton.ac.uk/ToolBar/. Code used under BSD Licence. ATbar provides text-to-speech features, which require additional configuration. See README_TTS.txt for full details.

To install, place all files in /blocks/accessibility and visit /admin/index.php in your browser.
