Here the bug is it doesn't tell us what to do next. In other words it stopped us from sending the mail, but it didn't say, "Just push Send a second time and then the mail will go through." The user is left to figure that out for himself.

(By the way, it should have noticed that that was all Chinese text, not English. So it's might as well let it go through if it doesn't know how to check it. )

Here on a cellphone, the only choice is "Save", afterwards the user cannot even find any way to send it,

There is no way to see any hidden corners of the screen.

Workaround: rotating the phone to landscape mode does reveal the Send button.
