Description

@pedroigor asked in #45121 about using the tls_client_certificate_bound_access_tokens during the dynamic client registration.

It would be a useful way to simplify creating such clients.

Implementation ideas

I'd like to investigate how Keycloak reacts to this property first. If necessary, create a follow up Keycloak enhancement request - we'll see.
