Description

• Added support for APA102 LED driver.
• Update mcuconf.h file.
• Fixed I/O port A on pin A2 and A9, for having wrong setup.
• Fixed issue where GPIO_C and GPIO_F not available, due to using smallest chip package by default. Suggest from sigprof. (1)
• Fixed compile issue when using multiplexing.

Notes:
(1): Need another bump update from chibios-contrib to fixed this issue.
