Is using Codeception for tests a good idea? #3

Description

I think PhpUnit is fine for tests in this repo. But Codeception makes a lot more stuff easier and is built atop PhpUnit. We can use just one framework across all repos - this will ensure that there are less conflicts. We are going to require more than just unit tests for some repos which I can see would spring up anyway.
