Missing WebUI setting to set Manual Mode Incomplete Save Path #22188

Description

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: qBittorrent-nox 5.0.3-2 from https://packages.debian.org/trixie/qbittorrent-nox (with bundled libtorrent-rasterbar 2.0.10-1.1+b3)

Operating system: Debian 13 Trixie

What is the problem?

I'm running qbittorrent-nox, a WebUI-only version. I migrated from a Windows version of QBT 5.0.3 by copying the BT_backup directory. Everything is working, but the Incomplete Save Path of all the migrated torrents remained Windows-style, with drive letters and such. C:/LocalQBT/Music for example

If I change the torrents to Automatic Mode, it will automatically update the Incomplete Save Path to what I have set in my settings, in this case /mnt/scratch and then subdirectories for Categories.

However, leaving torrents in Manual Mode will keep the original Save Path. There is no WebUI option to manually edit the Incomplete Save Path for a Manual Mode torrent. Switching from Automatic Mode back to Manual Mode will retain the Incomplete Save Path in the settings, again with no option to change it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add torrent in Automatic or Manual Mode in the WebUI
  2. Adjust torrent after adding by right clicking and making sure Automatic Torrent Management is turned off, unchecked
  3. Attempt to edit the Incomplete Save Path of the torrent

Additional context

In comparison, the Windows QBT 5.0.3 UI has a Torrent Options item in its right-click menu: That Torrent Options pop-up allows for modification of the Incomplete Save Path:
