providers.py -> get_status() is not available with infura rpc node #14

If I use infura rpc node like https://near-mainnet.infura.io/v3/xxxxxxxxx,
That`s no https://near-mainnet.infura.io/v3/xxxxxxxxx/status, then py_near goes mad......

providers.py -> get_status()
do not use rpc node status to get the latest block info
use near rpc sdk
