  • be able to check-in to my service provider easily.
  • be able to submit forms so that the receptionist can receive them.
  • be able to avoid slips and mistakes when interacting with the application in order to not go through unnecessary steps of the process.
  • be able to access the service through more convenient means, such as SMS

As a staff member, I want to…

  • be able to organize documents so that it is more efficient to look up patients.
  • be able to view all patient check-ins today.
  • be able to delete patients from the queue who have left.

As a service provider, I want to…

  • know when my appointments have checked-in.

As a business owner, I want to…

  • be able to login so that I can manage employees.
  • be able to add or remove employees so that I can update their contact information.
  • sync check-ins with my appointment service.
  • be able to customize the check-in screen.

As an admin, I want to…

  • see the usage of the receptionist application.
  • be able to provide a good experience with my product so that people will keep using it.
  • communicate with the developers so that they can implement the features that I want.
