This patch modernizes sublevel-pouchdb:

  • let/const instead of var
  • using native Readable instead of readable-stream
  • remove dependency of readable-stream
  • ES6 arrow and method functions
  • (in shell.js) class SublevelEventEmitter instead of manipulated EE instance
