Yes: GitHub Support does not respond even after 40 days. I can’t get support from community about my issue; It’s about the repo which includes someone’s PII without agreement. How long did it take to respond when you created a ticket on GitHub? Is this general timeframe? |

I'm having the same issue. Have had a paid team account for 7-8 years.. with 15 users... and the only ticket ever raised has remained un-responded to in over 3 weeks now, despite numerous followup. I'm told gitlab has much better support, anybody to confirm that?. |

So I got feedback on my bug report after 13 days, stating that it seems resolved, which it was at the time checking, because the automation ran before they checked. I don’t know how to convey this without writing an essay for context… basically too little too late. |

6 days here, the copilot subscription that i've paid for a year 3 months ago has somehow ended and nobody is there to fix the issue. This isn't a bug or a hard to solve problem, it looks like the support mechanism in here does not work as it should |

I'm waiting for 32days now :( Heck, I've even opened the exact same ticket again 14days ago in case it got lost or something and still nothing. I guess GitHub/NPM is just being very slow now. |

Yay, GitHub responded after 39days and fixed the issue immediately ^^ They had to redirect the issue to NPM that's why it took soo long - I think an improvement would be to give some headup to the user on the steps since waiting over a month is a heck long time. |

Dear GitHub Support Team, It has been almost one month since I raised Ticket #2999278 on 15/09/2024, and I have yet to receive a response. The issue I’m facing is that my GitHub profile is not visible to anyone, even when accessed via the direct link, which results in a "404 Page Not Found" error. @github-staff I have started my ticket at 11/09/2024 until now no response. I have lost projects and freelances because some of my project was hosted on github direct deploy to vercel i cannot have more acess to this projects becauase github just dont recovery my account, i got like 4-6 people with problem because that. |
