Describe the bug
We don't want to have debug specific code in prod build of the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to NavigationDrawerFragmentPresenter
  2. See the TODO

Expected behavior
All the code related only to debug mode must be removed from prod build of the app.
