Setting up a kubernetes cluster w/ insecure access (default @ port 8080) to the kube-apiserver seems to be one of the dev-practices. The support for this is being added as part of fix for issue #1184 .
This warrants e2e tests which will test the OpenEBS operator and volume pods under this environment. This involves :
Setting up the environment (by modifying a base env w/ script/ansible tasks)
Running sample application deployments on the modified setup
