Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The operator currently requires instrumentation CRDs to be registered before it starts or it fails.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Make it possible to not watch for instrumentation CRDs
  • Make it possible to retry watching CRDs periodically rather than failing outright.
